A fee of $150.00 per day will be imposed on any individual, group, or business wishing to use the facility for
Agricultural commercial purposes. Fee and a $200.00 cleaning/security deposit are to be paid in advance to
McDowell Agricultural Center Inc. Treasurer, Boyce Pool. Make checks payable to McDowell Agricultural Center
Inc. Use fee and cleaning security deposit must be paid 5 business days in advance. Use fees for other
purposes will be determined on an individual basis by the board.
Facility keys and lock combinations may be picked up from Treasurer, Boyce Pool, the day prior to facility
use and must be returned the first business day after the event. Failure to return keys will result in a
per day usage fee to be charged for each day thereafter. A replacement fee of $20.00 will be charged for
lost keys. Lost locks will be billed at replacement cost of $20.00 each.
Any maintenance or structural change to the facility must be approved prior by the Agricultural Center Board
of directors.
All livestock panels must be returned to the original setup position. (See facility setup diagram.) Failure to
do so will result in a $20.00 /hour restoration fee to be deducted from the cleaning/security deposit.
User agrees to pay for repair of any damages incurred while using the facility.
All trash, bedding and manure must be removed after facility usage or a fee of $20.00 per hour for time needed
to clean the barn will be deducted from the cleaning/security deposit.
Smoking in the McDowell Agricultural Center is strickly prohibited!! . NO Exceptions!!
Pump room will remain locked at all times
Water will be turned off when not in use.
Electrical breaker box must be locked after facility use.
Facility gate will be secured and locked when the facility is not under direct supervision.
Absoulutely no bedding material will be allowed in the showring or entrance area other than existing wood chips.
The McDowell Agricultural Center Inc. and/or its directors will not be held responsible for accidents or
liabilities incurred while under this rental contract.
McDowell Agricultural Center Inc. reserves the right to terminate facility usage at any time.
The McDowell Agricultural Center Inc.reserves the right to refuse use of the facility to any group or
individual.
Equipment Rental Fees
Cattle Panels------$3.00 per panel per day (Any panels bent or damaged must be paid for at replacement costs.)
8 foot panels or gates $55.00
10 foot panels or gates $60.00
12 foot panels or gates $70.00
Sheep and Goat Panels------$1.00 per panel per day (Any panels bent or damaged must be paid for at replacement
cost of $5.00 per panel.)
Scale Use $50.00 per day - User agrees to pay for repair of any equipment damages incurred
PA System $25.00 per day - User agrees to pay for repair of any equipment damages incurred
